Mr. Mostafa is an Egyptian lawyer and a graduate of Cairo University with over 20 years of experience in the legal profession. He specializes in corporate law, business regulations, and capital markets. Mr. Mostafa has worked with top-tier Egyptian law firms and served as the Head of Legal Affairs for a Gulf-based bank operating in Egypt. He is a partner at Bahaa-Eldin Law Office in cooperation with BonelliErede, where he leads corporate, capital market, and insurance practices. Mr. Mostafa  has held board memberships in several publicly traded companies and is currently a board member of ADIB Capital and the Arab alloys Company.
